From land acquisition to practical completion, I have managed exceptional quality residential projects through all stages of the development cycle.

I have recently gained extensive experience leading facade remediation (EWS1) and fire safety projects for buildings >18m, including remediation of rendered EPS wall systems and ACM panel replacement.

Able to lead the successful delivery of residential development projects through myriad development challenges including Listed Buildings, Conservation Areas, asbestos, ground remediation, archaeology, Flood Zones, ecology, BREEAM, Planning Appeals, etc.

Cruise

I have delivered major hotel refits for Cunard and P&O Cruises, including the re-design of the atrium onboard Britannia, which was voted 'one of the coolest' by Cruise Critic.

Working with designers, stakeholders, and refit teams to plan, develop and deliver complex hotel refits to meet stringent time requirements. My skill lies in managing cost, brand, quality, and operational requirements to deliver beautiful refits of hotel public areas including entertainment venues, bars, restaurants, cabins, suites, spa, and shops.
